Job Description

A sales representative interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. You are responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, relevant services and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

This position's handling of complaints is essential. Empathy and tact are needed to convert a dissatisfied customer into a happy one while upholding company policies.
Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, goods, signage, and displays is another important duty.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Maintain detailed records of production activities, costs, and project outcomes. Prepare regular reports for management and clients.
